Roll Cages

At 1 Of Zero we have over 15 years experience in BESPOKE ROLL CAGE design and fabrication.

All of our roll cages are:

  • Bespoke

  • Formed on our CNC tube bender or rolled using our ring rolling machine

  • Perfectly fitted to the interior of the car

  • All joints properly notched using our professional tube notching equipment

  • Fully TIG welded

We are able to design and build roll cages to any standard/customer requirement, including FIA and MSUK compliant designs. We can build cages in cold drawn seamless mild steel, 4130 Chrome moly, T45 and Docol tubing, we have also built polished stainless steel hoops for the marine industry.
